Harbor MasterLock System
The Harbor Truck Bodies MasterLock System is an internal locking bar for additional security of your valuable cargo. You may have seen a long bar and a padlock on some bodies. It is unsightly, but secure. The Harbor MasterLock System achieves the same objective but is on the inside where no one can see it, and it does not use a padlock but the same key as the service body, so you don't have to look around for a different key. You get convenience, great looks and the additional security that gives you peace of mind.
The security is great, but the best feature of the Harbor MasterLock System is the convenience of it. Most people who use a service body, Combo body or WorkMaster are carrying tools and parts and going from one job to the next. Many times you come out to the service body, unlock the compartment and get a tool or two, then lock the compartment, open another compartment and get a part or something and then lock that compartment, go into the job and get to work. Then you come out and do it again and again throughout the day. With the Harbor MasterLock System, you can leave all the side doors unlocked all day and just unlock the MasterLock get what you need and push the button in on the Harbor MasterLock and you're done and your stuff is secure. Isn't that great! No more locking and unlocking all those doors all day long. Then at the end of the day, go ahead and lock all the doors for the added security of being double locked.
No wonder Harbor MasterLock System is one of our most popular options! Once you have it, you will never go back to the old way. The Harbor Truck Bodies MasterLock System saves you time and hassle all day long!

Vertical Series vs. Horizontal Series
The vertical series has a vertical door in the rear and the horizontal door over the wheel . The horizontal series has the horizontal door over the wheel go all the way to the rear of the body and then below is a small square door. The vertical series is the most popular, but probably because many do not stock or maybe know about the horizontal series. The horizontal series is a no-charge option and is available on either side or both sides. Some customers have some long tools that this horizontal compartment is just perfect for.
Horizontal Series - Horizontal Door Goes All the Way to the Rear of Body
Vertical Series - Rear Compartment is Vertical, Horizontal Compartment is Only Over Wheel

18" Work Platform
This is our 18" Work Platform. It is available on any Service Body and provides a great work area for work on the job site. It is available with or without small compartments with doors on the sides. The photo below shows it without the compartments. This is a relatively inexpensive way to add some great workspace for those who use their truck in the field. Instead of a fold-down rear tailgate, there is a drop-in gate instead.
Sometimes you have certain size items that require more depth and the transverse compartment can help solve the problem. It is usually in the front compartment. The two most common types are full front compartment that extends through to the other side of the body so that when you open the doors on both sides, you can see all the way through. The second most common type is where the compartment just goes across the bed to the back of the other compartment, but does not go all the way through. Another type is 50/50, so there is a wall in the middle of the bed, but you get dramatically more depth on both front compartments. Then there are custom sizes for specific tools, etc.
You could add a roll-out shelf or drawer to help get to things in the back of the compartment, or you can add specific shelving for your particular needs. The transverse compartment is a great way to add more flexibility to your body. Below are some examples of transverse compartments. More photos will be added as they become available.

These brackets and rings are standard in the raised compartment of the welder body; however, they are an available option in any compartment on any body.
